Dear Customers and Partners,

We would like to inform you that, after more than 40 years of collaboration, the distribution partnership between ITALTRONIC and KOPA Electrónica is coming to an end. This decision follows the retirement of its founder and owner, Arturo Sales Forn, to whom we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the professionalism, passion and commitment he has demonstrated throughout these years. 

KOPA has played a key role in the growth of the ITALTRONIC brand in Spain and Portugal, helping to build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and businesses across both markets. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Arturo and the entire KOPA team and wish them every success in this new chapter.

As of October 1st, 2026, the official distribution of ITALTRONIC products in Spain and Portugal will be entrusted to Componentes Electrónicos ELCO, which will continue the work carried out by KOPA, ensuring commercial continuity, technical support, and high-quality customer service. 

Thanks to careful planning and close cooperation between ITALTRONIC, KOPA and ELCO, all scheduled orders and deliveries will be managed without any interruption, and customers will experience no delays or disruptions to previously agreed delivery plans.

We warmly welcome ELCO and are confident that this new partnership will continue the successful growth path built together over the years.
