SIMPLIFY TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY

Dear customers,
I am delighted to inform you that the plan to simplify Italtronic technical material management is proceeding very well.
Currently, all the MODULBOX line accessories are made from a unique plastic material BLEND PC/ABS UL94 V0 up to 0.7 mm.
We no longer use PPO, which had similar features but a lower performance.

Recently we completed adapting our moulds so that the entire MODULBOX line, including the old MODULBOX ONE, can be made from BLEND PC/ABS instead of PPO.

So currently the product lines made from this high performing material are: MODULBOX ONE / MODULBOX XT/XTS / MODULBOX COMPACT / MODULBOX PLC / EMBEDDED BOX / RAILBOX VERTICAL / RAILBOX MULTILEVEL / RAILBOX BLIND / RAILBOX COMPACT VERTICAL.

I will shortly be updating you about the feasibility of the same sort of improvement and simplification plan for the THERMO line.

We are at your disposition for any further information you need and to satisfy your requests, including the request to keep using PPO if you wish.

At the same time our technicians are constantly testing alternative materials with even higher performance levels in relation to the temperature ranges and mechanical strength. Special attention is paid to BIODEGRADABLE plastics that could have important implications in the near future.
